Prices

Prices are per day and per person. Prices are subject to change in the event of a VAT increase.

Deposit

The room reservation will be considered final upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total price.

Payment

Payment is possible in cash, by cheque and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
A 2% discount is granted for cash payments.

We accept Ticket Welfare EDENRED.

Cancellation policy - winter

• In case of cancellation up to 61 days prior to your arrival, we refund your deposit minus a handling fee of € 20.00
• For cancellations within 60 to 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged
• For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged
• For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total booking will be charged. (Art. 1218)

In case it is absolutely impossible for the guest to travel (lockdown or travel ban), we will search for an consensual solution.

Travel insurance

With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered.
According to EEC rules, a delayed departure, cancellation or interruption of your stay, could lead to penalties against you. In order to avoid such expenses, we suggest you take out insurance against cancellation of the trip.

We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online.

Mandatory information according to the EU-Regulation N. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council Platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) to the European Commission.

Check-in / check-out

The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
