The focus is on quality, origin, and style – ranging from characterful regional wines to well-known classics and selected discoveries for discerning wine lovers.
The strength of our gourmet concept lies in the close connection between cuisine and wine. Simon, head of the house, is both executive chef and certified sommelier. This unique combination allows him to design menus and wine pairings as a cohesive whole. Each wine is precisely matched to the dishes, enhancing aromas, structure, and balance.
